We hired Mike and his crew to completely renovate our home after it was devastated by a tornado in 2014. He did a great job working with us and the insurance adjuster.
Mike and his guys worked tirelessly for months to get our home back in order so we could move in on a deadline. Their attention to detail was great and Mike was always making sure they did the job right!
He always made sure things were done just how we wanted them and went above and beyond what was required MANY times. If I had a question, Mike was always available and quick to respond.
Mike is a long time resident of Saint Charles and his reputation in the community is important to him. I would hire Mike and his guys again in the future for ANY job big or small!

Mike did a great job on our property we had just purchased, we had part of the roof replaced, some drywall done in a bedroom and floor replaced in a bathroom and doors put in the whole inside of the house. He was professional, very quick and knowledgeable, he was great at letting us know what we should do now and what could wait. He gave us great referrals for the things he doesn't handle.

Banning const. Did my job great. They are very friendly and very efficient. They work fast and did everything right. THE FIRST TIME. Any construction at my house I will call Banning construction. There #1 in my book.

We hired Mike to build on added office space on our business. He did an excellent job at a fair price. Easy guy to work with.

Mike and his crew did a 600-sqft master suite addition and new garage on our house two years ago, and we are 100% thrilled with their work. Mike is careful to do things right and is committed to finishing the job on budget. We had a few unexpected things come up (like a window in our walk-in closet that we decided we wanted), and he did those little extras without charging us more. The quality of his work if superb, and we couldn't be happier. We have hired him for a few other smaller renovation projects since then and wouldn't think of hiring anyone else. Highly recommended!

Banning Construction completed two projects for us. One was a serious water leakage problem in our new home. Mike was able to figure out the cause and how to repair when the insurance company’s forensic person could not! The other job was installing double screen retractable doors. Mike located what type I wanted and had them installed as promised. I would highly recommend this company for being very knowledgeable, completing excellent work on time and as promised, easy to get in contact with and also someone you can trust to be at and in your home.

While we were on vacation a tree fell on our pole barn. Banning construction dealt with the insurance company, found us a tree service and did a great job in no time at all!!

I hired Banning Construction to replace my roof, windows and add an addition on the back of my garage. They complete the job in a timely matter. All’s good on my end. I’m happy with their work. This is the second time I hired Banning Construction. The first time was 25 years ago he replace my roof, windows and vinyl siding on other home I own at this time. I would definitely recommend Banning Construction. If I ever need more work done they will get my business. Thanks Mike and his crew.

Banning construction was amazing! They came to my house within 2 hours of calling to look at the project. They were timely, polite, and very willing to go the extra mile for me.
